What Do Engagement Rings Say?

Engagment rings are worn on the ring finger of the left hand of the woman indicating she has been tied by engagement. The tradition of wearing engagement ring had been run for a very long time.
According to the history, the first tradition of engagement ring happened in 1477. At the time, Archduke Maximilian of Hamburg gave a diamond ring to her girl, Mary of Burgundy and announced their betrothal.
Until now, the tradition is transcendent, where the men give their will-be-married the engagement rings.
